Professionally Trained

Through continuous learning, we always stay up to date to provide you the best service. To be the best at what you do, your employees must also be the best. As your faces in the field, they represent your good name. To ensure our people are at the top of their game, they are constantly learning. In fact, extensive training is required of all our employees. In addition to on-the-job and classroom training, our staff members use the web- based Home Solutions Online University which is available to them 24/7. This Internet learning facility has extensive programs on flooring types and installation procedures, client services, management skills, and standard software applications, as well as color, design, and trend courses.

Our builder clients rely on us to be the flooring experts. Of course, we have trained installers who get the job done – and done well. But our services extend beyond installation. In fact, we offer a five-part training program in which we teach your teams all aspects of flooring installation. Clients who’ve gone through the training have found that establishing a foundation of knowledge about flooring makes for a smoother, more efficient process.

  • Installation procedures and quality control
  • Tips on consumer care and maintenance

In each presentation, we incorporate charts, images, and graphics to help illustrate common problems, current trends, and frequently asked questions. Typically, each presentation is about 45 minutes long and attendees often include:

One on One Design Appointment

With our full-service showroom complete with the latest trends, the most durable and most exotic hardwoods, and synthetics – your homebuyer is guaranteed a great experience. Our design consultants are up on the latest styles and are also trained to ask customers all the right questions about their lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

DESIGNeD.

DESIGNeD. is our exclusive online homeowner education tool. that explains to homebuyers how to best prepare for their design appointment, describes the features, benefits and limitations of the various selections available to them, lists the requirements needed to maintain the finishes once installed, and ultimately enhances the design center experience.

This program focuses on setting realistic expectations with homeowners regarding the installation, appearance and use of the various flooring types in their new home. The DVD is shown during their design appointment.

Service & Warranty

We stand behind our work. Customer satisfaction is as important to us as it is to you. Our goal is to have zero call backs, but on occasion things do happen on a job site that require us to go back to a job we previously installed. Regardless of whether it was 3rd Party Damage, a Manufacturing Flaw, or another reason, the homeowner wants it fixed and fixed according to their schedule.


For that reason, WCCV has a dedicated department that has on staff, expert mechanics for each of the flooring products we install. If there is a problem on a job site, we have the know-how to get it fixed and get it fixed fast. We contact your homeowner, find a convenient time for them, make the repair to the homeowner’s satisfaction, and keep you in the loop as to what is going on.
